1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern use of the mobile application “Mood Tracker” (the “App”). They form a contract between you and the publisher.
2. Nature of the service
The App enables personal tracking of mood, wellbeing, and everyday life data (sleep, activity, meals, events, etc.) as an informational and personal organisation tool.
The App is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, medical advice, treatment, or therapeutic recommendations. If you are in distress or have health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.
3. Account and access
Some features may require creating an account (e.g. Supabase authentication). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
Deleting local data on the device does not necessarily delete your account or all data already synced on the server: for full account or hosted data deletion, contact the publisher using the details above.
4. Data and backup
Data you enter is stored locally on the device. If you enable sync with an account, data may be copied to the underlying infrastructure configured by the publisher (e.g. databases hosted on Supabase). Further detail is in the Privacy Policy.
5. Optional features
Depending on settings: AI-assisted analysis via a third-party provider through an intermediary server, participation in anonymised community statistics, extended sharing with research partners, optional inclusion of text notes in AI analysis context, location for weather or coarse geographic aggregates. Each processing activity is subject to the consents and options described in the App and in the Privacy Policy.
6. Subscriptions and in-app purchases (IAP)
Paid features may be offered via in-app purchases on the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payments, refunds, and specific commercial terms are governed by the relevant platform conditions and the prices shown at purchase.
7. Intellectual property
The App, its design, trademarks, and publisher-edited content remain the property of the publisher or its licensors. Data you enter belongs to you, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
8. User conduct
You agree to use the App fairly, not to harm the service or third-party rights, and not to attempt unauthorised access to other users’ systems or data.
9. Availability and changes
The publisher strives to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or operation. Updates may change or remove certain features.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages (loss of unsynced local data, loss of business, etc.). The App is provided “as is”.
11. Changes to these Terms
The publisher may update these Terms. The update date is shown at the top of the document. Continued use after notice or publication of new Terms constitutes acceptance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. For material changes, information in the App or a new acceptance step may be offered.
12. Governing law and disputes
