Conscious Inner Navigation: tracking your state on a single −100 to +100 scale — the inner chart — and recognising the five phases of your cycle: range, compression, breakout, trend, correction.

Consciousness

The mental work inherited from Jung (unconscious resistances), Goddard (the Assumption, the Revision) and Hall — then the Physics of Inner Reality, inspired by Zeland: the space of trajectories, excess importance, Light Vision. Practised with lightness and detachment, never by force.
