One book, three apps, one method
Manifest Wealth isn't yet another abundance app. It's an ecosystem built around a book — and one conviction: before manifesting anything, you have to learn to read yourself.
The founding book
Everything starts with Body, Cycles & Consciousness, the book that lays out the Manifest Wealth method. Its premise runs counter to the classic approaches: the body first, the mind second. A nervous system stuck in chronic stress sabotages every mental practice — you cannot plant seeds in frozen ground.
So the method follows a precise order. The body first: thirty days of somatic regulation to create the physiological condition for everything else. The cycles next: learning to read your own rhythms of energy, clarity and drive — that's Conscious Inner Navigation. Consciousness last: the mental work, practised with lightness and detachment rather than force.
The book is forthcoming — in French first, with translations to follow. And its entire 90-day protocol works without any app: a notebook and a pen are enough.

Epistemic honesty
The book labels what is grounded in research, what rests on the convergence of traditions, and what is only an operational metaphor. No promised outcomes, no medical or financial claims.
Apps are accelerators, never prerequisites
The whole protocol works with a notebook and a pen. The apps make the practice smoother; they never gate it.
Privacy by architecture
Local-first, data hosted in Europe, export and deletion available. Where sharing exists, it is always opt-in and reversible.
No advertising
No ad trackers, no selling of data. The model is simple: free base apps, an optional Premium tier.
