Nothing is wrong with you. You are a rhythmic being, living in a rhythmic world, and nobody ever taught you how to read the weather inside.

What the app actually does

A map of your inner weather.

Every day, in two minutes, you log how you feel — mood, energy, willpower, sleep — and what you did: training, food, meditation, work, whatever matters to you.

The app does the rest. It pulls in the external signals that influence human biology whether you notice them or not — lunar phase, solar activity, geomagnetic fields, air pressure, pollen, weather — and overlays them onto your own logs.

If you give it your birth chart once, it also tracks the transits contacting it — the slow, personal cycles running inside the collective ones.

Within three weeks, your patterns become visible. Not someone else's patterns from a book. Yours. The ones that actually govern your energy, your mood, your best and worst days.

And once you see them, you can start working with them.

Train hard. Take the difficult meeting. Start the project that's been waiting in the drawer. Do the thing that requires boldness. Your nervous system is already saying yes, and your body will absorb the demand as strength.

02 · Elevated but activated

When you're high but wired Channel.

This is the phase where energy turns into anxiety if it has nowhere to go. Move your body, even briefly. Create something. Meditate to let the excess discharge cleanly. The point isn't to calm down — it's to give the charge a form.

03 · Descending

When you're descending Absorb.

This is the phase almost nobody respects, and it's the one that makes long-term progress possible. Learn instead of produce. Read, study, journal, reflect. Take in what the peak phase was too busy to receive. Creativity fed here germinates weeks later.

04 · Bottom

When you're at the bottom Rest without guilt.

Gentle walks. Nourishing food. Early sleep. No hard mental work. No major decisions you'll have to undo. This is not failure — it's the floor of the curve, and the curve always turns. The app makes that visible, so the low day loses its weight.

What this replaces

The book lays out the full Manifest Wealth method — why the nervous system has to come first, how hermetic principles map onto modern physiology, how to build a 90-day protocol that actually holds, and what manifestation looks like when it's grounded in biology instead of positive thinking.

The app is how you live it day to day. Where the book explains why timing matters, the app shows you your timing. They're built to work together, but each stands on its own.

The community layer

Optional. Pseudonymized. Worth it.

If you want to, you can contribute your data to the wider Inner Navigation community. No direct identifiers leave your phone — no name, no email, no GPS coordinates. Stored data is pseudonymized in the GDPR sense (still linked to your account so you can delete it on request), and what is published to the community is aggregated with k ≥ 10 contributors per cell and statistical noise. Opt-in, category by category, reversible at any time.

In exchange, contributors get something interesting: the ability to see their own patterns against the collective. How did the community feel during the last full moon? Did everyone's sleep really shift during that geomagnetic storm last week, or was it just you?

Collective Report

Four times a year — at each equinox and solstice — a synthesis of the patterns the community surfaced over the quarter.

For the researchers, skeptics, and curious minds, k-anonymous aggregate datasets (k ≥ 10 per cell, with statistical noise) are also available.
