1. Purpose of the service
ManifestWealth is an asset simulation platform. It lets you visualize and simulate the growth of fictional portfolios (real estate, stocks, cryptocurrencies, social networks). It is exclusively an entertainment and visualization tool.
2. Legal notice — Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: ManifestWealth is an entertainment and visualization tool.

- •No connection is established with real financial institutions.
- •Figures and growth shown are simulated and do not guarantee any real-world outcomes.
This is not financial advice. You alone are responsible for your real financial decisions.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Premium access unlocks advanced features (geolocation, regional assets, personalized AI generation). Subscriptions are managed by the app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play) via RevenueCat. Any refund must be requested directly from the relevant store.
4. Use of artificial intelligence
You agree that some content may be generated by artificial intelligence (simulator pack, pack affirmations, fortune narration, notifications, scenarios). Content is fictional for visualization purposes and does not constitute personalized advice. You can delete your data from your profile. While we strive for relevance of generated content, we are not liable for errors or inconsistencies produced by the AI.
5. Limitation of liability
ManifestWealth shall not be liable for any real financial loss you suffer in your private life, as the app is strictly limited to virtual simulation. Simulations are based on algorithms and AI. They do not constitute investment advice. Real markets involve risks this simulator cannot predict.
6. Intellectual property
The Application, its source code, graphics, and content are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, extraction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to use of the Application falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
